I’ve spent a fair amount of time during the grim winter days so far this year catching up on editing photos taken in 2024 and updating/adding street photography galleries to the portfolio section of this website. The result is the addition of a New York, New York gallery – a selection of street photos taken in Manhattan over the last three years.

I’ve also updated the Coney Island gallery and added a Coney Island: Wild Kingdom Edition gallery. Coney Island has long been a mecca for street photographers and for good reason. Its distinct seaside theater of life is one of my favorite places to photograph. It is the true melting pot of New York City and also possibly the happiest place in the five boroughs on a hot summer day.

New York City remains a city where you can be whomever you want, or turn the dial up on who you already are, and express yourself accordingly. May it always be that way.
